For Current Families

The enrollment process for the 2023-2024 academic year began on January 3, 2023. The enrollment process is being done online via the FACTS Application and Enrollment program.

For New Families

As of January 23, 2023 we are evaluating inquiries and applications for new students. To inquire about admission for the 2022-2023 school year, please contact the school at 636-464-9027.

General Admissions Information

Students applying to Kindergarten are asked to complete a learning readiness evaluation conducted by one of our teachers. The school will contact the family to set up an appointment for this evaluation.

Students applying to Grade 5-8 are asked to complete an admissions interview with the Principal and or a grade teacher. The parents are invited to the interview as well. The school will contact the family for a mutually agreeable date.

In admitting students, Saint Joseph School looks for the following qualities as being vital to success within our school community:
  • Good character
  • Demonstrated ability and readiness to work
  • Diversity of talents, interests and experiences
  • An eagerness to learn
  • Positive attitude
It is understood that our program is not appropriate for every child and that the Admissions team is not only deciding what is best for the school, but also what is best for the child.

Admissions Priority

Students fulfilling the above criteria will be accepted based on availability of openings and in the following order of priority:
  • Siblings of current Saint Joseph Students or Alumni
  • Parishioners of St. Joseph
  • Non-parishioners and non-Catholics

How can I enroll  my 3-year old for Pre-K3?

Enrollment for new students for the 2023-2024 school year is underway.

My spouse received the enrollment email but I did not; am I able to log in to complete the enrollment?

Please contact Kathy Larson to facilitate this process (contact info in the left column.)

I already have an account set up with FACTS; do I have to set it up again?

If you enrolled last year via FACTS, you will use the same credentials this year to log in. However, please be reminded that your tuition account with FACTS is separate from your enrollment account.

Can my spouse and I use the same email to log in?

No, each “enrollment responsible” person must use their own account.

I have more than one child; do I have to complete all the enrollments at the same time?

You may stop/start the enrollment process at any point within each student and resume the next time you log in.

My payment plan is already set up with FACTS; will I need to select a new one?

No, your existing payment plan has “rolled over” to this year. If you need to select a new one, please contact Karla Owensby (contact info in the left column.)

Do I have to pay each child’s registration fee separately?

Yes, the non-refundable registration fee of $300 must be paid for each child at the time of enrollment, but once you have established a payment method with FACTS one time, that information will be available each time.

I don’t have a computer to use to complete enrollment. Do you have paper forms?

We do not have paper forms, but you can make an appointment to use a guest PC in the Corpus Christi Center to complete the process; please coordinate with Karla Owensby (contact info in the left column.)
