Application & Enrollment

For Current Families

Re-enrollment for current students and their siblings for the 2027-2028 school year will begin on January 7, 2027.

For New Families

Enrollment for new families for the 2027-2028 school year will begin on February 3, 2027.

To begin the process of applying for admission, please fill out the inquiry form.

General Admissions Information

Students applying to:

Kindergarten - will complete a Readiness Screening with one of our teachers.
Grade 1-8 will be asked to provide a copy of their most recent report card.
Grade 4-8 may also be asked to complete an admissions interview with the Principal and/or grade teacher. The parents are invited to the interview as well.

Our program may not be appropriate for every child, and their are many factors considered by the Admissions team when deciding what is best for the school and the potential new student.

Admissions Priority

According the policy established by the School Board, students will be admitted in the following order:

Current Registered Families in Good Standing
- Siblings of students currently enrolled at Saint Joseph Catholic School who maintain good financial standing and comply with school policies.
Children of Current Staff or Parish Employees
- Students whose parent or guardian is employed by Saint Joseph Catholic School or St. Joseph Catholic Parish.
Registered Parishioners of St. Joseph Catholic Parish
- Families who are registered and participating in parish life and stewardship.
Catholic Families Within or Outside Parish Boundaries
- Families who are practicing Catholics but reside within or outside the boundaries of St. Joseph or St. John the Beloved parishes.
Non-Catholic Families
- Families residing within or outside of parish boundaries who desire a Catholic education for their children and agree to support the mission and values of the school.

What ages can attend Little Friends Preschool?

PreK is open to children who turn 3 years old by August 1 of the school year.

JrK is open to children who turn 4 years old by August 1 of the school year.

My payment plan is already set up with FACTS; will I need to select a new one?

No, your existing payment plan will “roll over” to the next year. If you need to select a new one, please contact the Finance Manager (contact info in the left column.)

Do I have to pay each child’s registration fee separately?

Yes, there is a non-refundable registration fee of $300 for each child that must be paid at the time of enrollment. Their enrollment is not complete until the payment is made.

Can I use my phone to register on FACTS?

We suggest using a computer or other device when registering, as FACTS often does not save data entered from a mobile phone.
