The re-enrollment process for the 2022-2023 academic year will begin on January 5, 2022 and run through January 27. The re-enrollment process will done online via the FACTS Application and Enrollment program.
You will be sent additional information as we proceed and we will document each step here as well.
For New Families
If you wish to see the school, an Open House will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2022 from 11 am-12:30 pm by appointment only. Please contact the school office to make an appointment weekdays between 9 AM and 2 PM at 636-464-9027. In February, after current families have re-enrolled, enrollment will be open to new families.
General Admissions Information
Students applying to Kindergarten are asked to complete a learning readiness evaluation conducted by one of our teachers. The school will contact the family to set up an appointment for this evaluation.
Students applying to Grade 5-8 are asked to complete an admissions interview with the Principal and or a grade teacher. The parents are invited to the interview as well. The school will contact the family for a mutually agreeable date.
In admitting students, Saint Joseph School looks for the following qualities as being vital to success within our school community:
Demonstrated ability and readiness to work
Diversity of talents, interests and experiences
An eagerness to learn
It is understood that our program is not appropriate for every child and that the Admissions team is not only deciding what is best for the school, but also what is best for the child.
Students fulfilling the above criteria will be accepted based on availability of openings and in the following order of priority:
Siblings of current Saint Joseph Students or Alumni
At the present time, we are ONLY re-enrolling currently registered students for the 2022-2023 school year. Enrollment for new students will begin in February; new families may start the process by filling out this inquiry form.
At the present time we are only re-enrolling current students but will open enrollment to the pre-school levels soon.
My spouse received the re-enrollment email but I did not; am I able to log in to complete the re-enrollment?
Once your spouse logs in and then adds you to the record, you will be able to set up your login as well.
I already have an account set up with FACTS; do I have to set it up again?
Your tuition account with FACTS is separate from your Enrollment account.
Can my spouse and I use the same email to log in?
No, each “enrollment responsible” person must use their own account.
I have more than one child; do I have to complete all the re-enrollments at the same time?
You may stop/start the re-enrollment process at any point within each student and resume the next time you log in.
My payment plan is already set up with FACTS; will I need to select a new one?
No, your existing payment plan has “rolled over” to this year. If you need to select a new one, please contact Karla Owensby at 636-464-1013, x103 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I have to pay each child’s registration fee separately?
Yes, the non-refundable registration fee of $300 must be paid for each child at the time of re-enrollment, but once you have established a payment method with FACTS one time, that information will be available each time.
I don’t have a computer to use to complete re-enrollment. Do you have paper forms?
We do not have paper forms, but you can make an appointment to use a guest PC in the Corpus Christi Center to complete the process; please coordinate with Karla Owensby at 636-464-1013 x103.
