Registration Requirements - Copy

A completed application includes ALL of the following items. However, you may start the process by submitting the enrollment contract and the registration fee, with the rest of the items to follow. All forms listed may be downloaded as a single pdf for your convenience. All completed applications will be reviewed in the order that they were received and families can expect to be notified as to the status of their application.

Students are applying to Kindergarten are asked to complete a learning readiness evaluation conducted by one of our teachers. The school will contact the family to set up an appointment for this evaluation.

Students applying to Grade 5-8 are asked to complete an admissions interview with the Principal and or a grade teacher. The parents are invited to the interview as well. The school will contact the family for a mutually agreeable date.

It is understood that our program is not appropriate for every child and that the Admissions team is not only deciding what is best for the school, but also what is best for the child.

Admissions Priority

Students fulfilling the above criteria will be accepted based on availability of openings and in the following order of priority:

Siblings of current Saint Joseph Students or Alumni
Parishioners of St. Joseph
Non-parishioners and non-Catholics
